一 | 本报讯《日报》全媒体记者赵丽杰报道为强化春节后复工复产安全防范，严防各类事故发生，近日，兴城市安全生产委员会办公室下发通知，要求经开区、各乡镇（街道）和各部门各企业要清醒认识当前面临的复杂严峻的安全形势，采取有力措施管控安全风险、治理事故隐患，做好复工复产安全生产各项工作，确保安全生产。 The Thalasseus bernsteini (Chinese crested tern), known as the "mythical bird," is one of the world's rarest seabirds. Since 2013, Zhejiang has been carrying out efforts to attract the species to suitable habitats and restore its population through artificial measures. After more than a decade of sustained efforts, the number of adult Thalasseus bernsteini in Zhejiang now accounts for more than 85 percent of the global population. 二 | 各行业领域监管部门及各类生产经营单位要高度关注“思想麻痹、认识不足，新进人员安全意识能力不足，员工心态不稳、状态不佳，设施设备故障，环境条件变化，盲目赶工期、抢进度，危险作业管理不到位，委外作业管理不规范，恶劣天气影响，人员聚集”十类安全风险，坚决做到“复工复产工作方案制定到位、企业主要负责人和关键岗位人员到位、安全教育培训到位、隐患排查整治到位、安全重点管理到位”。各有关部门要严格复工复产检查，要加大矿山、危险化学品、建筑施工、工贸、民爆等重点行业领域隐患排查治理力度，严厉查处未经隐患排查治理和未经安全验收盲目复工复产等违法行为。要严厉打击对无证无照、不具备资质、长期停产、存在重大安全隐患等不具备安全条件的企业违法违规行为，严禁借机复工、“搭车”复产。对检查中发现的其他安全生产违法违规行为要依法查处。
