Typhoon Dolphin is forecast to make landfall along the country's east coast from Zhoushan in Zhejiang Province to Fuding in Fujian Province, according to the National Meteorological Center (NMC).
As of 10:00 a.m. Sunday, the typhoon's center was about 215 km offshore east of Wenzhou in Zhejiang, with maximum winds near the center reaching the speed of 45 meters per second, the NMC said.
The NMC forecast that Typhoon Dolphin will move westward at a speed of 20 to 25 km per hour. After landfall, it is expected to move west-northwestward and gradually weaken.
From Sunday to Wednesday, the typhoon is expected to bring torrential rains to multiple regions, including Fujian, Zhejiang and Shanghai, as well as Shandong, Tianjin and Beijing. The affected areas will also experience short-duration heavy rainfall and thunderstorms with gale-force winds.
In response to the typhoon, China's meteorological authority on Sunday upgraded its emergency response for severe meteorological disasters from Level III to Level II.

。      8月24日，贝壳再次公示健康家贝守护金的发放数据。截至当日，健康家贝守护金已向全国56座城市，161位经纪人服务者家庭，发放到账676万元。

二 | 其中，有5位经纪人累计申领到账超20万元（含），另有25位经纪人服务者累计申领到账超10万元（含），其余131位店东、区域经理、商圈经理、油漆工、泥工等岗位服务者先后获得2万元重疾金帮扶。  此次公示名单中，有101位守护金受益人也是贝壳“格林计划”会员，其中有11位服务者已获“守护金+格林”叠加保障，累计到账809,414元。

三 |   （图：来自“贝壳集团”官方公众号）  在披露守护金运行进展的同时，贝壳还基于格林计划与健康家贝守护金积累的服务者健康数据，整理了一份居住行业服务者健康报告，提醒服务者关注自身健康。数据显示，甲状腺癌、乳腺癌、急性心肌梗死、肝癌和脑出血分别为守护金申领量前五大重疾。  据了解，“健康家贝守护金”由贝壳联合创始人彭永东与单一刚于今年2月24日共同发起设立，保障对象为服务者本人，无需单独加入和交费，入职满6个月自动生效。

四 | 2025年4月和2026年2月，两位联合创始人先后宣布捐赠1900万股，用于支持居住行业服务者及其家庭在医疗保障、子女教育等方面的需求，并设立该项目。  “健康家贝守护金”包含三个子项目。

五 | “生命急护金”用于突发重疾确诊场景，一经确诊、资料齐全，可在2个工作日内快速申领到账2万元。该急护金不同于市面上传统保险的事后报销模式，定位于“生命救急”，第一时间为困境家庭送去及时保障。  另外两项为特殊情况提供保障兜底：完全丧失劳动能力或身故的员工及居住行业服务者可获得“家暖帮扶金”一次性10万元资助；有子女的受益人，还可根据子女在读学龄阶段，通过“子女教育金”获得2万至10万元不等的一次性教育支持，帮助家庭渡过难关。

六 |   根据报道，健康家贝守护金受益人群超过50万居住行业服务者，包括符合条件的品牌主、店东、经纪人、保洁员、维修员等。  “格林计划”则是贝壳2008年推出的项目，专门帮助贝壳服务者本人及其家庭成员提供疾病和意外保障支持，累计救助额上限200万，且与健康家贝守护金互不冲突、可叠加申请。
